Calling All Readers And Writers: We Need YOU!

Hello everyone! So as many of you know, I am one of the leaders of the blog LBSquared which is a blog about those who love books; whether it be the writers who create the worlds so many live in, the readers who breathe in the books slowly or the editors who make the books the perfection they are today. We banded together after the Blogging 201 Challenge in April 2014 because of a challenge to have a buddy and soon it grew and became a little network for the literature “geeks”. From this blog, we branched out and created a little blog called Writer’s Guild: by LBSquared as a way for authors, poets, and anyone involved in the art of writing to come together and discuss our companionship with the words. We criticize each other, give each other advice, help get published, and above all, learn to enjoy writing. So far though we’ve had a tinsy winsy problem: NO ONE GOES THERE ANYMORE! No one writes on the blog nor looks at it anymore…it’s starting to feel very lonely. Therefore, as an effort to help this situation, I dubbed this week Writing Week on Writer’s Guild. As of today, I will (and already did for today) post some new poems, tips, pieces of (a) story or whatever and I definitely want you to join in and do the same here. Why? Because it will get Writer’s Guild up and running again, therefore increasing visibility which leads to more followers, likes and comments for this blog and all the contributors/followers of this blog. Also, it gives you even more of a chance to put out your work and get it looked at (if you want it to be criticized…it doesn’t have to be!) If you want to be a part of this, give me holler below in the comment section and I’ll add you as an author and we can start writing. Let’s get Writer’s Guild back up and running! It’s time we lived again!
